It started with a dream.
I was about 7 when my father introduced me to the joys of fish keeping. One tank of common guppies morphed into three guppy tanks, one black molly tank, a 55 gallon for a pair of oscars, (I’ve learned much since those early days!) I’ve had several species of cory cats and plecos. Too many bettas to count, arrowana, jack dempseys, firemouths, the list goes on.
I always wanted my own store, so I could be surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of an underwater oasis, but alas life had other plans for me. Enter the internet. In this day and age more and more retail commerce is going online, and that opens up many avenues for the hobbyist.
My goal here at Mr. B. Aquatics is to show you a glimpse into my undersea world, and bring you along for the journey. The intention of this site and my foray into social media is to create the feel of an online aquatics club where we will all learn and expand our knowledge base, share tips, revel in our success, and find an outlet for purchasing high quality fish whether they are common or hard to find.
I am small right now but as the business grows I hope to be your first stop as well as your final destination as you add to your own oasis.
